By using the BugJuicer.com web site (“Service”), a service of smallPositives (“smallPositives”) the trade name of Wired Research Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Under no circumstances, shall smallPositives be liable for any special or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use BugJuicer.com any of BugJuicer.com’s content, services, products and/or any related software, even if a even if smallPositives has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SmallPositives cannot be held liable for the accidental loss of bugs on BugJuicer.com. In no event shall smallPositives total liability for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the BugJuicer.com website.
  6. You understand and agree that BugJuicer cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the BugJuicer.com service at your own risk.
  7. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
